Storyline:

Psychologists and crime analyst Dr.Mansfield hypnotizes a notorious criminal to rob and steal over 100,000 dollars cold hard cash. Shots are fired minutes later Miami-Dade police arrive on the scene only to find an undercover cop dead. Detective Bobby Jakes is ordered to investigate the crime. After weeks of gathering information Detective Jakes finds no face to match the crime. A tip from the streets leads Detective Jakes to Dr. Mansfield’s medical clinic, Detective Jakes learns that the criminal is Bi-polar and is conditioned to kill anyone who stands in his way. The murderous mayhem comes to an end when detective Jakes comes face to face with the cop killer, now the street thug has a choice either to surrender quietly or die.
