C. Cren is the stage name of Charlie Crenshaw IV. He is a young talent with the right skill, with the right swagger and has a humbling attitude. C. Cren's initial entry into the music industry was as a producer. He began mixing, recording and creating tracks during his tour in Iraq as an outlet to what was surrounding him at that time. It naturally transitioned itself into a creative craft for him and decided to put it out on a mixtape. The response was extremely positive which gave him the confidence and the encouragement to move forward in this industry.
C. Cren's new mixtape is titled "Who is C. Cren", with the single of "Saturday Night" featuring Lil Black and Caroline Ferrari leading the way. The premise is quite simple; everyone is looking forward to weekends to unwind and letting go of their weekly stresses. It's a feel good song that puts you in a care free mindset - exactly what you need at the end of a long week. This one is hip hop all the way. It has a stand out dance beat, catchy lyrics and great vocals.
