Bio: Born in 1987, a Las Vegas native, hip hop became a big part of his life from an early age. Influenced by the greats like Eminem, Jay z, Biggie, Tupac and many more Cairo decided to try it out for himself. At the young age of 12 he picked up a pen and a pad and from there on the rest was history!!! At the age of 19 he started recording tracks when J Krook, another Las Vegas rapper, took him in and started showing him the ropes. The Two kept rapping together for the next couple years after and produced a mixtape called Tormented Souls volume one. A year before the mixtape Cairo went down to Egypt and came back a changed man. before the trip he wasn't doing to much with music but when he came back i guess you can say something clicked and he decided to go hard. He invested in his own studio and while working on the mixtape he started experimenting trying to develope his flow. The mixtape was finished and distributed to friends, family and coworkers to see what there thoughts were. After about a couple month Cairo decided he wanted to start working on an album, he bought some beat and started grinding. During the cd process Cairo started to experiment with making his own beats, first starting with Logics and then later working with reason. He produced many of the tracks on the album along with doing his own recording. A year and a lot of hard work later and The Birth of Cairo was born.
